carpet cleaning

we assess the carpet fiber first thing, for the proper cleaning method that we will need to apply as some fibers like wool or cotton or high-end fibers must be handled differently.

• With every carpet cleaning we thoroughly vacuum.

  (HWE) steam cleaning

• We pretreat high traffic areas

• Then we prespray and agitate with either a high alkaline cleaner or a highly oxygenated cleaner depending on the carpet fiber

• allow dwell time for our chemicals to do the heavy lifting

• then we do an acidic neutralizing rinse to balance the ph from our high ph prespray while we extract.

(VLM) low moisture cleaning

• we pretreat both stains and high traffic areas with encapsulation booster cleaners

• then we bonnet clean the carpet with a orbital floor buffer with bonnet pads to absorb as much oil and dirt as we can

• then we finish with a counter rotating brush machine and the encapsulating carpet cleaner where the remaining dirt is brought to the surface and encapsulated in polymer that hardens as it dries and can be vacuumed up on your next vacuuming

tile and grout floor cleaning

• vacuum the area

• apply a neutral to high ph floor cleaner depending on the tile and the level of soil

• allow dwell time for the chemicals to do the heavy lifting

• hand scrub grout lines for best results

• then we run a counter rotating brush machine over the tile and deep scrub the grout lines again

• then we buff/polish the floor with a floor buffer

• we finish with hot water extraction leaving the floor finished and clean

• optionally we will seal the grout if the customer decides on this option

Upholstery cleaning (hot water or cold water extraction)

• we vacuum all surfaces

• preatreat and agitate stains

• allow dwell time and then depending on the material we Either hot water or cold water extract.
